Primary Directive

Now that the Chromat S/S 15 collection is available for those of us that missed out on the direct-from-the-runway pre-order last fall, I’ve been greedily looking at any image that comes my way from the campaign. I’m fairly certain that this is my favorite collection from Becca, but I’m having a hard time deciding which look is at the top of my priority list. For the last week at least, it’s been this neoprene and mesh one. On the runway, the Primary Top was paired with the neoprene and cage Aaliyah Pant from the S/S 14 collection (still available, only in size L), which I loved. But for the lookbook and shop release, the pants have been replaced by a matching Primary Skirt, which, if I’m not mistaken, wasn’t part of the runway show. Sure, the pants are maybe more SFW, but the head-to-toeknee look of structured geometrical neoprene business in the front, see-through party in the back is just brilliant. That said, I’d love if Becca did do a Primary Pant as well for, you know, more ‘coverage’.
